Glow & Brightening
For dull, uneven, tired skin
Organic Turmeric Powder
The single most effective brightening ingredient I’ve ever used. Reduces dark spots, evens skin tone, and gives a gorgeous natural glow. Make sure you get food-grade organic — this is the one I use.
Vitamin C Powder
Pure L-ascorbic acid you can mix into any serum or mask. Fades dark spots and hyperpigmentation faster than almost anything else. A little goes a very long way.
Raw Manuka Honey
Antibacterial, hydrating, and naturally brightening. I use it in almost every face mask recipe. Manuka honey is significantly more potent than regular honey for skincare.
Rose Water
Pure rose water is one of the most underrated skincare ingredients. It tones, hydrates, and brightens — and smells incredible. I use it as a toner and in masks.
Hydration & Dry Skin
For thirsty, flaky, dehydrated skin
Pure Aloe Vera Gel
The most soothing and hydrating ingredient in my collection. I use it as a moisturiser, a face mask base, and a soothing treatment after sun exposure. Get the pure version — no added colours or fragrance.
Colloidal Oat Powder
Ground oats are incredible for dry, sensitive skin. They create a protective barrier that locks in moisture and calms irritation. Perfect for a soothing mask on dry or reactive skin.
Pure Glycerin
A humectant that pulls moisture into the skin like a magnet. A few drops mixed into any mask or moisturiser dramatically boosts hydration. One of the most affordable and effective ingredients out there.
Shea Butter (Raw)
Raw unrefined shea butter is one of the most nourishing things you can put on dry skin. Rich in vitamins A and E, it softens, heals, and protects. I use it in body butters and thick overnight masks.
Acne & Clear Skin
For oily, congested, breakout-prone skin
Tea Tree Essential Oil
One of the most well-researched natural ingredients for acne. Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory — it kills acne-causing bacteria without stripping the skin. Always dilute before applying to skin.
Kaolin Clay Powder
The gentlest of all clays — perfect for oily and combination skin. Absorbs excess sebum, unclogs pores, and refines skin texture without over-drying. The base of most of my clay mask recipes.
Matcha Green Tea Powder
Packed with antioxidants that fight inflammation and calm redness. I use matcha in face masks for acne-prone skin — it reduces puffiness, controls oil, and has a naturally soothing effect.
Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw)
A natural toner that balances skin pH, fades dark spots, and keeps acne-causing bacteria at bay. Always dilute 1:3 with water. The “with the mother” version is the most potent.
Anti-Aging
For fine lines, firmness & youthful glow
Rosehip Seed Oil
Naturally rich in vitamin A and essential fatty acids. Fades scars, reduces fine lines, and gives skin a genuinely youthful plumpness. I’ve been using this for years — it’s one of the best natural anti-aging ingredients.
Vitamin E Oil
A powerful antioxidant that protects skin from free radical damage and helps with firmness. I add a few drops to my face oils and masks. Also incredible for healing dry, cracked skin.
Collagen Peptides Powder
Beauty from the inside out. Collagen peptides support skin elasticity, hydration, and firmness when taken daily. I add it to my morning smoothie or golden milk — unflavoured so it goes in anything.
Frankincense Essential Oil
One of the oldest beauty secrets in the world. Frankincense tones and tightens skin, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and has a deeply calming effect. Always dilute in a carrier oil before use.
Facial Oils
Carrier oils for every skin type
Jojoba Oil
Technically a wax, not an oil — which means it mimics the skin’s natural sebum perfectly. Non-comedogenic, balancing, and deeply moisturising. My go-to carrier oil for everything.
Argan Oil
Liquid gold from Morocco. Rich in vitamin E and fatty acids, it softens, conditions, and adds a beautiful luminosity to skin. Fast-absorbing and non-greasy — perfect as a finishing oil.
Fractionated Coconut Oil
The lightweight version of coconut oil that stays liquid and absorbs easily. Great as a carrier oil for essential oil blends, body massage, and hair masks. Much less comedogenic than regular coconut oil.
Squalane Oil
One of the most skin-compatible oils in existence — it’s naturally found in our skin. Deeply moisturising, plumping, and completely non-greasy. Works for every skin type, even oily skin.
Inner Glow & Wellness
Beauty starts from within
Turmeric + Black Pepper Capsules
Taking turmeric internally is one of the most powerful things you can do for your skin AND overall health. The black pepper (piperine) increases absorption by up to 2000%. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, glowing skin from within.
Spearmint Tea
Spearmint tea is a surprisingly powerful natural remedy for hormonal acne. Studies show drinking 2 cups daily can reduce androgen levels, which directly reduces hormonal breakouts. A gentle, natural approach.
Biotin + Zinc Supplement
Biotin supports hair and nail strength, while zinc is one of the most effective minerals for acne-prone skin. Zinc reduces inflammation and controls oil production — a powerful combination for clear skin.
Hyaluronic Acid Supplement
Taking hyaluronic acid orally plumps skin from within by boosting the skin’s natural moisture levels. The difference in skin plumpness and hydration after a few weeks is genuinely noticeable.
